Contemporary Coastal Renovation – Barwon Heads

Located in Barwon Heads, this addition and renovation transformed a small, dated 1980s home into a stunning contemporary coastal retreat.

Designed by MHBD and built by Tremul Constructions, the home now features expansive, light-filled living areas and beautifully crafted hardwood timber floors throughout. The exterior is wrapped in striking spotted gum cladding, blending seamlessly with the coastal setting.

Large open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly onto a generous outdoor deck, offering a relaxed connection to the outdoors and a picturesque rural outlook—perfect for entertaining or quiet retreat.
