Tremul Constructions are a family owned Master Builders award-winning business servicing Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine. As a small boutique building company, we offer a highly personalised building experience and take a collaborative and flexible approach. From the initial meeting through to final handover, we consult closely with the client to ensure the desired outcome is achieved on time and to budget.

Our tight knit team is led by David Tremul, who qualified first as a licensed carpenter and joiner and then as a builder. David has over thirty years of experience in the residential building industry. Heis passionate about building and possesses a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the build, delivering a high level finish and high-quality service.

Leann Tremul manages the office of Tremul Constructions, ensuring that the work behind the scenes such as contracts, building permits, accounts, HR and marketing is completed in an organised and efficient manner.

The Tremul Construction team is reliable, friendly and hardworking. They are all qualified, highly skilled carpenters. All of our subcontractors are locals and have been handpicked as exceptional craftsmen in their fields, who show attention to detail and take pride in delivering the highest standard of work. This ensures our projects run efficiently and smoothly with the highest level of finish.
