Our company was established in 1999 by our Director David Tremul and it has grown into a profitable and well respected construction business.
We specialise in Custom and architectural homes, however we also undertake residential projects spanning all market sectors from high end homes, multi residential, renovations and additions.
It is a testament to our integrity, high standard of work and stress free building process that the majority of our work is through personal recommendations from past clients, designers and architects.

Leann Tremul manages the office of Tremul Constructions, ensuring that the work behind the scenes such as contracts, building permits, accounts, HR and marketing is completed in an organised and efficient manner. She is your point of contact in the office.
The Tremul Construction team is reliable, friendly and hardworking. They are all qualified, highly skilled carpenters. Every project has a dedicated site foreman.
All of our subcontractors are locals that we have had a long term relationship with and they have been handpicked as exceptional craftsmen in their fields, who show attention to detail and take pride in delivering the highest standard of work.
