From the start to the finish our process is completely client focussed.

David and Leann will work closely with you to develop a plan that suits your lifestyle, your land and your budget.

Our design and build process:

Initial Consultation

Following your initial enquiry, we will organise a meeting. At this meeting with David and Leann, we will discuss your project in more detail and explain Tremul Constructions building process.

We will gather information about:

  • Your lifestyle requirements and your “wish list”
  • Your block of land, orientation, topography, site access etc
  • The types of finishes you would like included
  • Your budget

Design stage

We will meet you with our Design partner to begin to develop a concept plan. We will work with you to fine tune the concept until you are completely happy with it. We will also give you an estimate of the cost of the project, so that you know it fits with your budget.

Preliminary Plans, Approvals and selections

Fully dimensional working drawings are now prepared. We will meet to review them in detail and make any amendments as required.

We will work with the designer and engineer to organise the construction documentation required to obtain your building approval.

During this stage we will assist you in making the final selections for the fit out of your home.

Final price & Contracts

Once you are happy with the fixed final price and clearly understand what is included in the price, the building contract will be prepared. This is an important stage and you will have time to carefully read over the documents and ask questions before signing.

Once the contract is signed, we can apply for the building permit.

Commence building

We will notify you in advance when building will begin.

Dave will personally supervise the construction process and will keep you updated every step of the way. We are always available to answer any queries and we give you the flexibility to change anything during the building process.

Handover

We will arrange a pre-handover inspection meeting on site to ensure you are happy with everything. Any adjustments will be made at this stage.

Now for the best part - once construction is complete, David and Leann will meet you onsite and walk you through the property. We will give you a folder containing all of your warranties and certificates of compliance.

Maintenance and follow up

Tremul Constructions offers a 7 year structural warranty on all projects.

You will have ongoing access to our team for any maintenance requirements.

Quality is so important to us that we offer four times the industry standard Defect liability period.

We will be in touch at three months to see if there are any issues after the settling in period. At twelve months we will be in touch again to ensure you are still happy with everything. We love this chance to catch up and see how you have settled into your dream home.
