This much-loved holiday home had been in the client’s family for many years. The brief was clear: modernise the home while preserving its original charm and coastal soul.

Tremul Constructions delivered a complete transformation, turning the property into a serene, luxurious retreat for a busy Melbourne couple. The renovation features high-end finishes throughout, including warm timber floors, crisp white walls, exposed trusses, and a stunning stone gas fireplace as the centrepiece. Subtle hints of gold add refined elegance, while the open layout enhances the home’s connection to its beachside surroundings.

Thoughtfully redesigned by MHBD, the Bonnyvale Beach House embraces relaxed coastal living and now offers a calming escape from the city—beautifully blending contemporary comfort with timeless seaside character.

From the moment we met David Tremul, we had a good feeling!
