This Architecturally designed two storey beachside home includes curved walls, raked ceilings, blackbutt timber flooring throughout, mono stringer industrial looking staircase and a featured polished concrete floor in the sunken lounge room.
The bold use of varied materials in the cladding made this an interesting and noticed build. The living areas flow seamlessly to an outside timber deck overlooking the resort style pool.
